The center seems to be lacking something. I don't really know what but it looks kinda empty IMO. But simplicity would be good too, so yeah, good logo.

Put Uncle's face directly below the wings and in between both waves.
If you imagine it well enough, it fits perfectly.

But I think something yellow would fit in there nicely. I felt the colour of the trident from the previous logo matched perfectly, even though the trident itself didn't.

Actually on second thoughts, it's pretty much complete actually. I can imagine it at the back of our 2nd series of team shirts.

was thinking of a sword in the middle at first by if we do .. we are like commandos of the SAF LOLZ....but i guess like maze said..perhaps its ok already?

can we not make team shirts anymore -_- if it turns out bad... you knw who's not gonna buy it. make playmats instead, i heard from firefats that team mythos made theirs in sg, by davin, at a px of 18 per mat. The quality was GOOD according to him in terms of printing.

You should see their mythos mats before judging. Good, is WAY too much of an overstatement.
